For Payments we utilise Payfast's robust and fully secure payment gateway. Payfast ensures that both buyers and sellers are protected from fraudulent transactions. Additional security measures include 3D Secure (for card payments), GEO IP Tracking and Web Firewalls.
We also do not sell your personal information for any financial incentives and are committed to keeping you safe, secure and clear on our intentions.

For South African customers we offer the following delivery options:•
Free* Express Door-to-Door courier for orders over R800•
A delivery fee of R99.95 for orders under R800*•
*Free Delivery does not apply to ZH Jelly Shoes. The system will dynamically calculate the delivery fee based on the number of ZH pairs in the basket.
For International customers:•
Orders under 3KG: US$ 20 • Orders over 3KG: starting from US$35*

Size not correct? Changed your mind? NO PROBLEM!
We will gladly exchange a product within 10 days of you receiving your delivery, provided that the product is in its original condition (i.e. with no wear & tear) and within its original packaging.

Kindly note that the customer will be responsible for courier/delivery fees for exchanges and refunds.
If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it for a full refund within 10 days of delivery.
For exchanges or refunds, the cost of courier will be the customer's responsibility.
Refunds will be paid within 14 working days of us receiving the item back at our dispatch warehouse.
For returns on items paid via PayJustNow, please contact us for further assistance!
In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa, customers can receive a refund on items deemed faulty (i.e. having a genuine manufacturing defect) up to 6 months from the date of purchase. For items that have passed the 10 day period, please contact us for further assistance.
Terms & conditions apply to these & refunds on factory faults must be determined by the manufacturer.
